Dr Howley graduated from the University of Otago, NZ in 1997. She began her career in the Northern Territory, where she served as the sole dentist for a community spanning over 500 km, and provided outreach dental care to remote Aboriginal communities.
Since then, she has worked in Queensland, Sydney, and now Singleton, providing a complete range of dental treatments — from check-ups and fillings to cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation including braces as well as clear aligners such as Invisalign and wisdom tooth extractions.
With 28 years of experience, Dr Meerna is known for being gentle, approachable, and excellent with anxious patients, tailoring treatment to individual needs.
She is a member of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry.
Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Dr Meerna combines professionalism with warmth and care.
